Note to Self

Blog hopping when one can't sleep can lead to dreams of accomplishing grand feats not pondered ever before. (In other words, who knew there were so many reading challenges out there and what awesome ideas those challenges might lead to?!)

This one might really help me out with reading biographies if I decide to include that and participate in the 888 challenge, and the idea of expanding it to include memoirs and autobiographies sounds great! Of course, I really like the title of the challenge: "In Their Shoes". Just looking at the lists started by others is inspiring!

And then there is the First in a Series challenge which sounds fun.

Or the Themed Reading challenge.

Celebrate the Author would be a great one to do with my daugther as we could learn more about favorite children's authors as we "celebrate" their birthdays by reading one of their books. What fun!

(And with that, I must shut down this computer and turn off the lights!)

I've joined all of those challenges :) Though lately, I'll admit some of my dreams have been a bit odd lately.

I have joined NINE (9) challenges, for which I started a separate blog. Along with those nine (pictured along the sidebar), I have been keeping track of other challenges which I linked at the bottom of my sidebar, here:

That may help you ... or maybe you are thinking it was terribly BAD of me to tempt you with more challenges. I'm looking forward to what you think about the blogging book world.

Well, I'll be adding at least one more that I spied at Bonnie's blog.....The Newberry Project. I'll have to see how many I can read in the upcoming year. I think I'll make it a category for the 888 challenge. :-)
